Representatives of IT Park Uzbekistan and UZINFOCOM held a meeting with a delegation from the Chinese company China Electronics Shenzhen (CES), led by the company's Chairman, Chen Wenhai. The delegation also included CES Vice President Song Xin, General Manager of the Systems Engineering Department Shao Xu, and Project Manager Zhang Ruixian. During the negotiations, the parties discussed prospects for cooperation in the fields of artificial intelligence, big data analytics, digital infrastructure, and advanced IT solutions.

China Electronics Shenzhen (CES) is a Chinese company specializing in IT equipment supply, system integration, international supply chain management, and the implementation of infrastructure projects. The company has been operating for more than 45 years, serving clients in over 100 countries and regions worldwide and cooperating with more than 10,000 international customers. In 2025, CES reported revenue of $4.5 billion. The company's headquarters are located in Shenzhen, China.

During the meeting, participants explored opportunities for implementing solutions in the areas of artificial intelligence (AI) and big data analytics, as well as launching joint projects aimed at developing Uzbekistan’s digital infrastructure. Particular attention was given to the expansion of computing capacity, server infrastructure, and data centers.
The parties also reviewed prospects for cooperation in the field of intelligent Internet of Things (IoT) devices, including modern server solutions and computing systems. The discussion additionally covered knowledge exchange, the localization of selected technological solutions, and the implementation of joint initiatives involving both public and private sector organizations.

CES representatives presented the company’s experience in delivering large-scale international projects and developing digital infrastructure. Particular interest was shown in the company’s expertise in system integration, IT equipment supply, and global supply chain management.
The development of cooperation with CES will enable IT Park Uzbekistan to strengthen its international partnerships, attract advanced technological solutions to the country, and create additional opportunities for the development of digital infrastructure, the adoption of artificial intelligence technologies, and the enhancement of the competitiveness of Uzbekistan’s IT ecosystem.
