Staff Arabia and IT Park Uzbekistan Discuss Cooperation to Help IT Companies Enter MENA Markets

IT Park Uzbekistan is continuing to expand its international partnerships to support the expansion of technology companies into foreign markets. As part of the Global Business Services Forum 2026 (GBSF 2026), a delegation from IT Park Uzbekistan, led by Head of Export Development Azamat Rakhmon-Zoda, met with Iyad Hafez, CEO and Managing Partner of Staff Arabia. The parties discussed developing cooperation in HR outsourcing and other personnel services to support companies entering the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) markets.

This collaboration with Staff Arabia will allow IT Park Uzbekistan members to leverage the expertise of a leading HR and EOR service provider in the MENA region, simplifying the processes of recruitment, HR support, and business scaling in foreign markets.

Founded in 2010, Staff Arabia is a leading provider of HR Outsourcing and Staffing services in the MENA region. The company serves over 150 corporate clients and operates in Egypt, the Gulf countries, North Africa, and the Levant, while also developing projects in Africa, the Balkans, and Central Asia.

During the meeting, the parties discussed using Staff Arabia's expertise to support IT Park Uzbekistan's resident companies as they enter the markets of Egypt and other MENA countries. Particular attention was paid to talent acquisition, payroll services, HR administration, and the organization of back-office processes.

Additionally, the parties signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), solidifying their intent to develop a long-term partnership. The document outlines collaboration on developing HR services, supporting the international mobility of specialists, and facilitating the entry of tech companies into foreign markets. They also discussed prospects for expanding Staff Arabia's presence in Central Asia and Uzbekistan's potential as a regional hub for the development of HR and global business services.

Following the meeting, both parties confirmed their interest in further developing the partnership and agreed to continue working on joint initiatives aimed at supporting the international expansion of IT Park Uzbekistan residents and advancing cooperation in HR outsourcing and global business services.
