On July 27, the IT Park Uzbekistan delegation, led by Executive Director Jakhongir Rajabov, hosted the Digital Uzbekistan event in Budapest. The event brought together more than 80 representatives of the European technology ecosystem, including potential clients, venture capital funds, investors, and strategic partners.

As part of the event, six Uzbek startups—C7 Security (Cerberus), Moneff, Geomotive, Datox, Aura OS, and Growz—showcased their innovative solutions. They held meetings with prospective clients and investors, discussing opportunities for investment, business expansion, and entry into the European market.

One of the event’s key highlights was the B2B Speed Dating format, introduced for the first time as part of Digital Uzbekistan. Through pre-arranged matchmaking, each startup participated in a series of short, focused meetings with potential customers, investors, and business partners. This format enabled participants to quickly establish valuable business connections and move directly to discussions on concrete areas of cooperation.

The event also welcomed representatives from Ericsson, the Hungarian Innovation Agency, Hiventures VC, Bonduelle, Obuda University Venture Capital, and OTP Bank. The participants explored opportunities for joint projects, investment cooperation, and the development of long-term partnerships with IT Park Uzbekistan and Uzbek technology companies.

The Digital Uzbekistan event in Budapest marked another important step in strengthening international cooperation, promoting Uzbek IT companies in the European market, and creating new opportunities for their continued growth.
