105 Companies Removed from the Registry of IT Park Members in the First Half of September

IT Park members are eligible for benefits and preferences provided by law, as well as access to support programs aimed at business development and expansion into international markets.

At the same time, companies must comply with established requirements in order to retain their membership status. In particular, their activities must comply with Resolution No. 589 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated July 15, 2019, as well as the terms of the agreement concluded with IT Park.

In the first half of September 2026, 105 companies that failed to fulfill the established obligations were removed from the registry of IT Park members. Since the beginning of the year, this measure has been applied to a total of 943 companies.

The largest number of companies removed from the registry were registered in Tashkent, totaling 433 companies.

The regional breakdown is as follows: 

• Tashkent Region — 77;

• Samarkand Region — 68;

• Republic of Karakalpakstan — 60;

• Fergana Region — 56;

• Khorezm Region — 38;

• Syrdarya Region — 36;

• Surkhandarya Region — 33;

• Namangan Region — 29;

• Kashkadarya Region — 25;

• Navoi Region — 24;

• Jizzakh Region — 22;

• Andijan Region — 21;

• Bukhara Region — 21.

What requirements must IT Park members comply with?

The key requirements for IT Park members are established by Resolution No. 589 of the Cabinet of Ministers.

Under the current regulations, members are required to:

• operate within the approved areas of activity and business plan;

• submit information on their performance within the established deadlines;

• undergo an annual audit;

• comply with the terms of the agreement concluded with IT Park. 

Compliance with these requirements is necessary to retain IT Park membership status and continue benefiting from the incentives and support measures available to IT Park members.
