IT Park Uzbekistan concludes business mission in Poland with participation in ABSL Summit 2026

IT Park Uzbekistan’s business mission to Poland concluded with participation in ABSL Summit 2026 — one of the largest business services conferences in Central and Eastern Europe. Held on June 18–19 in Wrocław, the event brought together more than 1,500 representatives of international companies, investors, and industry experts. For the IT Park Uzbekistan team, the summit provided another opportunity to showcase Uzbekistan as a promising destination for outsourcing, technology investment, and the development of global service centers.

ABSL Summit is the flagship event of the Association of Business Service Leaders (ABSL) and is widely recognized as one of the most influential conferences for the Global Business Services (GBS), Shared Services Centers (SSC), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), IT, and R&D sectors in Central and Eastern Europe. Each year, the summit brings together executives of international companies, investors, government representatives, and industry experts to discuss global trends and the future of the business services industry.

This year’s event welcomed more than 1,500 participants. Under the theme “Know the Unknown,” ABSL Summit 2026 focused on artificial intelligence, digital transformation, human capital development, innovation, and the future of the global services industry. Participants included representatives of leading international companies such as Accenture, IBM, Capgemini, Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG, SAP, Infosys, and Cognizant.

For IT Park Uzbekistan, participation in ABSL Summit was a natural continuation of the work initiated during the Uzbekistan–Poland Partnership Forum in Gdańsk and the Uzbekistan Global Scale & Outsourcing Conference in Warsaw. The summit provided an opportunity to present Uzbekistan’s capabilities to the international business community, demonstrate the country’s competitive advantages for establishing service and technology operations, and strengthen dialogue with companies interested in expanding their presence in new markets.

During the summit, representatives of IT Park Uzbekistan held a series of meetings with executives of international organizations and companies exploring opportunities for developing outsourcing and service centers. Participants showed particular interest in Uzbekistan’s talent pool, government support measures for the IT sector, the Zero Risk program, and the opportunities available for scaling operations and accessing new markets through the IT Park Uzbekistan ecosystem.

Special attention was given to meetings with representatives of Proservartner, Scalosoft, Spring Time, Brave AI Enterprise, Adaptive Solutions & Advisory Group, RITS, ALG TASSA, and other organizations. The parties discussed prospects for cooperation, the launch of joint projects, the development of export-oriented services, and opportunities to establish or expand operations in Uzbekistan.

Participation in ABSL Summit 2026 marked an important step in strengthening business relations between Uzbekistan and Poland. Throughout the business mission, the IT Park Uzbekistan delegation conducted dozens of meetings with representatives of international businesses, investment communities, and technology companies, expanding its network of strategic contacts and laying the groundwork for future cooperation.

The next stage of this partnership will be the participation of Polish and international companies in the Global Business Services Forum 2026, which will be held in Uzbekistan. The forum will provide a new platform for continuing dialogue, exploring the country’s opportunities, and discussing concrete projects in outsourcing, digital services, and international business.

IT Park Uzbekistan continues to strengthen the country’s position in the global business services market and create new opportunities for attracting investment, increasing exports, and expanding international cooperation.
