IT Park Uzbekistan invites contractors for Bukhara office project
IT Park Uzbekistan invites private sector contractors to participate in the Early Market Engagement (EME) for the construction of a 7-storey office building complex in Bukhara (two buildings, approximately 10,000 sq.m.).
The scope includes reinforced concrete structures, facade works, interior finishing, MEP systems, elevators, solar panels, landscaping, and site infrastructure.
The purpose of this EME is to assess market capacity, understand pricing trends and material availability, collect feedback on the proposed procurement approach, and identify key delivery risks prior to commencing the formal competitive procurement process.
