IT Park Uzbekistan Releases Standardized Legal Documentation Package for Startups

As part of its commitment to supporting technology ventures at every stage of development, IT Park Uzbekistan has prepared and released a comprehensive package of standardized documents aimed at helping startups structure investment deals and prepare essential legal documentation.

The collection covers a wide range of scenarios commonly faced by startups in their interactions with investors and partners, including:

• Investment Agreements in various formats (for both resident and non-resident investors, single or dual tranches); 
• Side Letter — a supplementary agreement to SAFE contracts, tailored to Uzbekistan’s legal framework;
• Simple Agreement for Future Equity (SAFE) and Convertible Promissory Note — instruments for raising venture capital;
• Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) available in both Russian and English;
• Due Diligence checklist including a table for key data verification;
• Pitch Deck Template, aligned with global investor presentation standards.

This initiative is designed to simplify startups’ preparation for engagement with investors, enhance legal literacy among founders, and reduce the time and financial costs associated with developing such documentation independently. These templates are intended for use in capital-raising efforts, investor negotiations, and internal compliance procedures.    

IT Park plans to regularly expand this document package in response to the evolving needs of the ecosystem and changes in regulatory frameworks.
