Launch of a new project “Hello Hosts” to create podcasts!

In November of this year, IT Park, jointly with UZCARD, the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the National Office for Innovation and Technology Transfer under the Ministry of Innovative Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan, launches a business incubator “Hello Hosts” for everyone interested in releasing their own podcasts in the field of IT and finance.

The main goal of this project is to increase the level of financial literacy and awareness of the population about the benefits of innovative technologies, as well as to popularize the use of digital financial services in the country.

Who can take part?

Everyone over the age of 16 can become a member of the Hello Hosts business incubator. After the registration is completed, the organizers of the business incubator will select candidates for participation with the best ideas for their own podcasts on a competitive basis.

Podcasts will be mainly about business, financial technology, banking, financial literacy, startups, investments, programming and education.

What will you do at the business incubator?

For 6 months, participants will be able to use a professional media studio with the services of an editor and sound engineer for free, attend individual trainings on creating their own podcasts and register their podcasts on platforms such as Apple Podcast, Google Podcast, Yandex Music, YouTube and Sound cloud.

During the entire preparatory process, experienced mentors represented by leading specialists will accompany the participants and help in drawing up a thematic plan of podcasts that would correspond to the level of knowledge and skills of listeners not only of Uzbekistan, but also of foreign countries. In addition, the promotion of podcast channels through the media will be funded by the organizers of this project.

After the deadline, the organizers of the “Hello Hosts” business incubator will hold a contest for the best podcast channel, the winner of which will receive the necessary equipment for self-recording podcasts and channel management.
