LEADERS GROUP TEAM Center Opens in Bukhara

A BPO center of LEADERS GROUP TEAM, which provides services to the U.S. transportation and logistics market, has opened in Bukhara.

The opening ceremony was attended by Sherzod Shermatov, Minister of Digital Technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Azamat Karamatov, Director of IT Park Uzbekistan, and other representatives.

LEADERS GROUP TEAM is an international company providing remote outsourcing and BPO services for the U.S. transportation and logistics market. Operating in Bukhara, the company engages local English-speaking young professionals in global logistics projects.

According to the company’s key performance indicators, export volume amounted to $963.5 thousand in 2025 and reached $1.43 million in the first half of 2026. The volume of services increased from UZS 11.66 billion in 2025 to UZS 17.07 billion in the first half of 2026. At the same time, the number of employees grew from 1 in 2024 to 150 today.

During the opening ceremony, the company presented the activities of the BPO center, its international projects, and future development plans.
