Competition Announced for the Development of Design and Cost Estimate Documentation for the IT HUB Project in Yashnabad District

Directorate of the Technological Park of Software Products and Information Technologies LLC announces a competition to select a design organization for the development of design and cost estimate documentation for the IT HUB facility in Tashkent.

The proposed facility is a non-residential building located at 39A Ohangrabo Street, Uysozlar Mahalla, Yashnabad District, Tashkent.

The purpose of the competition is to select a design organization with the necessary experience, qualifications, and professional resources to develop the design and cost estimate documentation in accordance with the technical specifications, applicable legislation, and urban planning regulations of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The scope of the project includes the development of architectural and space-planning solutions, the required sections of the design and cost estimate documentation, engineering networks and utilities, building façade solutions, and landscaping of the adjacent area.

The selected design organization will also be required to ensure that the proposed solutions comply with applicable construction standards and requirements, make any necessary revisions following the review of the documentation, and provide project support throughout the approval and expert review procedures required by law.

The detailed scope and volume of work, requirements for deliverables, implementation timelines, and other conditions are specified in the technical assignment and competition documentation.

Design organizations authorized to carry out the relevant activities are invited to participate. Applicants should have experience with similar or comparable facilities, qualified specialists, the necessary technical and organizational resources, as well as experience in obtaining approvals and completing expert review procedures for project documentation.

Competition proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes. The proposals will be reviewed and evaluated by the Procurement Commission in accordance with the criteria set out in the competition documentation. The participant whose proposal meets the established requirements and receives the highest score will be declared the winner.

The competition documentation and technical assignment will be provided to participants in accordance with the procedure established by the Customer.
