First in Uzbekistan: research on IT employer brands

With the support of the Ministry of Digital Technologies, IT Park Uzbekistan, ECOPSY, and the IT Alliance have launched the first large-scale study focused on the perception of IT employer brands within the labor market.

The aim of the initiative is to develop an objective and representative analysis of how IT professionals evaluate their current and prospective employers. The findings will help companies build strong, competitive employer brands to attract and retain top-tier talent.

Benefits of participation

Participating companies will gain the opportunity to:

  • Assess the visibility, attractiveness, and credibility of their employer brand among IT professionals;
  • Identify their competitive advantages and areas for growth;
  • Receive tailored recommendations to enhance employer brand;
  • Gain insight into how their brand is viewed both internally by employees and externally by job seekers.

The study will encompass over 100 IT employers with a workforce of at least 50 employees — not only dedicated IT companies, but also organizations with substantial in-house IT departments. Any company employing a robust team of IT specialists falls within the scope of this research.

Only participating organizations will receive access to individualized analytical reports assessing brand recognition, attractiveness, and employer value proposition.

The final results will be presented in September 2025 during ICT Week Uzbekistan — the country’s premier event for the digital industry.
